What is the difference between the plans?
Each tier has additional features that are not available in the previous tier. In addition, the number of devices included increases with each tier. However, if you need more than the included devices, you can add more devices at the per-device rate shown above.
Which plan is right for me?
This depends on your requirements. If you have a single depot and only a few drivers, the Starter plan is likely sufficient. If you have multiple depots and more than 15 drivers/subcontractors, the Professional plan is likely a better fit. If you have a large number of depots and drivers, or require custom integration and API access, the Business plan is likely the best option.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 30 day free trial with access to all features except SMS notifications. After your trial ends, your account will only have access to the features of the paid plan you select. You can sign up for a free trial and cancel at any time.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payment via all major credit cards, and other methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay through our payment provider Stripe.
What is a device?
This depends on your business. A device is typically a mobile phone or tablet that is used to receive and complete tasks on routes. In most cases, a device is a driver, or subcontractor. But in some cases, a single device might be assigned to a vehicle which drivers share.
What is a depot?
A depot is a physical location that you plan your routes from as the starting point. This might be a warehouse, retail store, home, office, or any other location.
